Just as a prize-fighting boxer dedicates hours to training, Uppercut’s winning formula is derived from the blood, sweat and tears of its dedicated makers.
With a depth of flavour designed to go the full 12 rounds, Uppercut is a wine range that’s a cut above the rest and you won’t need a referee to make that call.
Created in South Australia, the heart of Australian wine country and a declared wine capital of the world, Uppercut pulls no punches when it comes to quality and taste.

Learn About the South Australian Wine Region
It’s no secret that the Barossa Valley is Australia’s home of Shiraz. Some of the oldest Shiraz vines in the world dating back to 1843 can be found here and they are still producing first quality grapes today. The region has carved out a sterling reputation that places it alongside the best winemakers in the world, with its Shiraz renowned as the valley’s hero varietal.
Located 45 minutes south of Adelaide, winemaking in Mclaren Vale started back in the 1800s. The region is renowned for its innovative viticultural and winemaking techniques and offers some of the best red wines in Australia. The region has been applauded for producing bold, gutsy reds.
Famous for its world class Rieslings, there has been a Clare Valley ‘Riesling Trail’ established here as a result. A treasure trove of boutique cellar doors, five-star wineries and stunning scenery, the trail stretches for 35km. Naturally, it is a huge drawcard for tourists and is popular as a walking/cycle trail.
